Kann ich definitiv nicht empfehlen, ich war eine Stunde dort, am Schluß bin ich ohne Ergebnis gegangen. Was hinzu kommt, ist unfreundliches, inkompetentes Personal und Maschinen, die man mal wieder reinigen könnte.

this place left really a bad taste in my mouth!!
warning: contrary to any other print shop, THEY DO NOT DO PRINT TEST on larger jobs!! or so the short haired black haired girl will tell you.
i came back a third time to print my booklets which i had already printed there before and left in the end with no results, wasted paper i bought myself, and anger!! they printed my booklets with buncha mistakes that i was blamed for (a machine mistake really). when i wanted to talk to the boss, her first reaction was "what am i supposed to do?" after long discussions on how to solve the jagged printing job and no compensation for my own paper that i had brought in, i was finally told off by the short glass-wearing guy trying to run after me to charge me, and the final was the tall pony tail girl sweetly telling me "don't come back again".
WOW.
i have worked in the service industry myself for many years and am told of the lack of service hospitality in Berlin, but this was by far the most aggrovating customer experience where I was the one blamed for their mistakes. and that with rude attitude.
NEVER AGAIN.
