I was a model and the apprentice was not supervised and bleached my hair and handled it so harshly that half of it has fallen out/broken off. It curls up and breaks in two when wet. The apprentice had no idea how to use color or cut hair. When I complained, Lilli Pauls invited me come in to be fixed. But I got another hair cut from the same apprentice who tugs at hair like a little girl styling a barbie doll. My hair keeps breaking off. When I asked for another hair cut recently to get rid of more of the dead crap on my head, Lilli Pauls told me I would have to pay next time. When i went in to make the appointment, the receptionist gave me one date and then got called to the back and said that date wasnt available. I would have to wait two months for a haircut. This is at a place that uses models all the time. Its seven months since I made the mistake of being a model at Die Pauls and I cant dye my hair. I look awful. A bunch of rude, snooty, condescending, incompetent snits are Die Pauls Sisters. No one ever even apologized for wrecking my hair. The moron apprentice even blamed me for having porous hair after she ruined it. The business deserves to be sued. Dont waste your money or your time at this salon. There are tons of excellent hairdressers in Berlin and this isnt one of them.
